Shipping Policy

At Studio Abrash, we are dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, whether you are purchasing within India or from select international locations.

We offer free shipping across India

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 72 business hours.
  • Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days after dispatch.
  • You'll receive an order confirmation by email and SMS once the rug is dispatched. In case of any unavoidable delays, we will keep you informed with timely updates.
  • In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be borne by the user placing the order.
  • Production and shipment/delivery time, of the order processing, starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with us.
  • The production and shipment/delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. Studio Abrash shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond control of Studio Abrash.
  • There might be slight delay in dispatch during winters for custom made orders as the dyeing and drying process is not in our control.
  • In case of the unlikely circumstance as such- shipment being lost in-transit, you can drop an email at info@studioabrash.com. We will ship a new order to our customer once we receive a confirmation from our courier partner. Studio Abrash does not have any logistics company of its own and is reliable on 3rd Party Logistics for shipping therefore disputes related to damage, fake delivery, etc. must be raised within 48 hrs of delivery/delivery attempt. Any such cases raised after 48 hrs will not be entertained.
  • Your shipment is updated as RTO (Return to Origin) initiated when the courier executive couldn't deliver your shipment. In this case, they mark the shipment RTO and send it back to the original pickup address.

Reasons for undelivered shipment:

  • Customer not contactable
  • Incomplete / Wrong address
  • Future delivery requested by the customer
  • Self-pickup requested by the customer
  • Customer refused delivery
  • Door/premises/office closed

International Orders

  • International Delivery: We serve select global destinations. Shipments may take up to 2 months, accounting for customs clearance and international logistics.
  • Delivery charges are borne by the customer. Please get in touch with our team for the estimated charges
  • Any applicable import duties are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled directly with the relevant customs authorities
  • While International shipping needs to be paid at the time of placing the order, all additional charges are to be paid to our shipping partners/relevant authorities at the time of delivery.
  • Delivery timelines will vary depending on the location and the duration of custom processing
