Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. Orders will be processed and prepared for dispatch only once payment is successfully confirmed.

For bulk or bespoke orders, we may request additional verification to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.

Exchange & Return Policy

At Studio Abrash, we take pride in the exceptional quality of our handcrafted rugs. Our attention to detail in design, material and construction is unyielding. And so is our commitment to customer satisfaction.

IN STOCK Rugs

We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment, and urge you to inspect the rug prior to taking delivery. In the unlikely event that you discover a defect, please contact our Customer Care team at +91-9810799571 or info@studioabrash.com within 48 hours of receiving the items.

Products are eligible for returns only if there is a manufacturing fault that cannot be fixed.

International orders are not eligible for refunds, returns or exchanges

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns are only applicable to non-custom and non-discounted items
  • Sale products are not eligible for return and exchange.
  • To be eligible for a refund or replacement, requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • We kindly request customers to provide multiple images: One showing the product open for damage inspection and another with the product securely packed. This step is crucial for processing the return or exchange efficiently.
  • Keeping the original packaging is mandatory; returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is securely repacked in its original packaging, with all labels intact
  • Return the item in its original condition. If the packaging is damaged, repack it securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • We will arrange for the item to be picked up from your location at a mutually agreed time.
  • Do not use, wash, alter/tamper, or soil the rug.
  • A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
  • The item must have original packing, labels, and tags intact. Altered and illegible serial numbers will void the return.
  • We will initiate the refund or replacement within 7 days of receipt at our warehouse once the item passes through quality inspection

CUSTOM ORDERS

Most of our rugs are customized as per your specifications. Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are made to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time.

How to Return an Item

  • Email us at info@studioabrash.com to initiate the return. Please ensure to send a proper video and images of the damaged article.
  • You will receive an email with a return airway bill number, return address and courier pickup details.
  • Keep the airway bill handy for the courier pick-up (do not pack it with your item).
  • Once your merchandise has been inspected, you will receive confirmation that the return has been accepted and the refund processed.

Warranty

Studio Abrash Warranty Policy

At STUDIO ABRASH, we take pride in our craftsmanship and the quality of our products. All items are covered under a limited warranty of up to 24 months against manufacturing defects, depending on the product category as detailed below.

How to Report a Defect?

If you suspect a defect covered under our warranty, please email us at info@Studioabrash.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9810799571 with:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 clear photos of the affected product
  • Proof of original purchase (invoice or receipt)

Upon verification, if the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect, we will offer the best possible resolution—repair or replacement or refund. Replacement/Refund will only be provided if repair is not feasible.

Note: Warranties are non-transferable and valid from the original date of purchase of the original order.

Expected Carpet Lifespan (with proper care)

  • Hand Tufted / Handloom / Flat Weaves / Dhurries / Moroccans: 5–8 years
  • Low Knot Hand Knotted (30–80 knots): 8–12 years
  • Medium Knot Hand Knotted (100–180 knots): 8–15 years
  • High Knot Hand Knotted (200–300 knots): 15–25+ years

*Lifespan depends significantly on usage and maintenance.

Not Covered Under Rug Warranty:

The following issues are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered under warranty:

  • Shedding of fibers (can be minimized with regular vacuuming on low power)
  • Sprouting, pulls, or loss of single tufts of fiber
  • Color and texture variation due to natural fibers, dyes, or exposure to sunlight, humidity, or atmospheric elements
  • Folding or rolling marks (these typically fade with routine vacuuming)
  • Matting or crushing from use or furniture weight (can be managed with proper care)
  • Temporary odors due to packaging (usually dissipate by placing the rug upside down in sunlight for 24 hours)
